I have multiple pieces of Sinister arena gear that have +leech on them but once I enter any arena match the +leech does not work. This only applies to any leech stat applied to armor. The azerite traits that provide leech seem to be the only way leech works in arena. Is this intended?

Each trait requires a certain amount of Artifact Power to unlock, and as you unlock traits on the same weapon, subsequent traits require progressively more and more Artifact Power to unlock. As you obtain Artifact Power, you unlock new Artifact Trait points to put into your Artifact Trait tree. The cost of traits gets progressively more expensive. Acquisition: Clear all Legion dungeons (difficulty does not matter) on any spec with any artifact weapon related to the class you earned the challenge tint on. Difficulty: Easy, the dungeons are easy to clear and can be knocked out in a day via Group Finder.

I am currently under the impression that PvP normalizes stats and the only thing it looks at is Ilvl of your gear.
